I have started to send home paperwork for next year.

The requirements are as follows.

All students in Kindergarten, grades 1, 3, 5 and 7 are required to have a current physical on file. Physicals must be done within 1 year of the first day of school to be considered valid.

All 6 graders who are 11 must have the Tdap booster. As soon as your child turns 11, he or she must have this booster.

All 7th and 8th graders are required to have the Meningococcal vaccine.

These immunizations must be received by the first day of school.
There are no exceptions. If your child is not due for a physical until later in the year, he or she must still be immunized.

Updated immunization records must be sent in by the first day of school.

Notices for the Tdap booster and Meningococcal shots were sent home.

Parents, please remember to call the office if your child is going to be absent. You also need to send in a note upon the return to school. This is our policy.

I strongly urge you to take your child to the doctor if they are not feeling well. Please do not send a sick child to school.

If your child needs to be out of gym for any reason, a note from the doctor is required. If your child can not participate in gym, they can NOT participate in recess or after school activities. They must be medically cleared to return to activities.
Please remember we are a nut safe school. No snacks or desserts containing nuts are allowed. Please check with your child's teacher before sending in special treats.
If your child has a food concern, please let me know.

Anyone wishing to volunteer in our school must be Virtus trained and complete a background check. This is volunteering in any capacity.
Background check forms can be found on the website. Please fill out the form  and return it to school.
